Srinagar, Pahalgam and Sonamarg Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel or houseboat. After completing check-in formalities, take sometime to relax and soak in the fresh Himalayan air.
In the afternoon, begin your local sightseeing tour of Srinagar, famously known as the "Venice of the East." Start with the magnificent Mughal Gardens:
Shalimar Bagh – The "Abode of Love," built by Emperor Jahangir for his belovedwifeNur Jahan. This garden is renowned for its terraced lawns, fountains, and flowerbeds.
Nishat Bagh – The "Garden of Bliss," designed with breathtaking views of Dal Lake and Zabarwan Hills. Its cascading terraces and flowing water channels offer a serene atmosphere.
Chashme Shahi – A beautiful garden built around a natural spring, famous for its refreshing mineral-rich water.
Later, visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake.
Return to your hotel/ for dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2
Morning : After breakfast proceed for your day excursion to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). Onthe way one can enjoy the beauty of the Sind valley. Sonmarg is at a height of 2690mts above sea level. The blooming Valley has been chiseled over the ages by the mighty Indus River. Major trekking routes begin from here. Two Lakes – Gadsar and Satsar are on the periphery of Sonmarg.
Sonmarg is sheer scenic splendour. The very way- metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with firs and forests. Arrive Sonmarg and visit to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains throughout the year.
Afternoon: Return to Srinagar
After a day of exploration, head back to Srinagar in the evening. The scenic drive back offers a perfect opportunity to reflect on the natural beauty you've just experienced.
Evening: Relaxing Stay in Srinagar
Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into your hotel for a relaxing and comfortable overnight stay.

Morning: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and start your journey from Gulmarg to Pahalgam, a charming town at 2,133 meters, also called "The Valley of Shepherds" and a favorite spot for nature lovers and trekkers.
Enroute Visits:
Aru Valley: A picturesque spot surrounded by meadows, pine forests, and snow-clad peaks. It is also a base camp for trekking and adventure activities.
Betaab Valley: Famous for its lush greenery, sparkling streams, and Bollywood film shoots, this valley is perfect for photography and leisure walks.
Chandanwari: Known as the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, it offers beautiful views of glaciers and snow even in summer months.
Afternoon: Return to Pahalgam town, relax by the Lidder River, or explore the local market.
Note: For sightseeing to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, only local union vehicles are allowed and must be hired at your own cost, as outside vehicles cannot enter sightseeing points in Pahalgam.

- 50% advance is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- 50% balance should be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
- In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

- We will not be responsible for any flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather or any other reason stated by the airline. In such cases, the cost for accommodation and transport will need to be borne by the passenger.
- Unused Services: No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused services, transport, or amenities under any circumstance.
- Room Allotment: Room allotment will be based on availability at the time of check in. Preferences for floor or view are not guaranteed.
- Food Menu: The food menu will be provided based on the availability of vegetables and will be served as either a buffet or fixed menu.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the location specified.
- Additional Charges: Any additional taxes or fuel charges imposed by airlines, transport companies, or other authorities will be payable by the travelers.
Important Notice
- Identity Proof: Guests must carry valid identity proof, which may include: o PAN Card, Driving License, Office ID Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, or for children, School ID Card.
- Accommodation Confirmation: The names of hotels/camps mentioned are base don the rates used for the package, but accommodation is not confirmed until officially conveyed. In case the mentioned hotels are unavailable, we will arrange alternate accommodation of similar or higher standard, and any price difference will be charged to the client.
- Room Category: Our offer is based on the base category rooms in the mentioned hotels. If the base category is unavailable, we will try to book the next higher category room and inform you of any additional cost involved.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs incurred due to such events will be borne by the traveler.
- Local Issues in Gulmarg: Due to restrictions from the horse owners’ association in Gulmarg, cars are not allowed to move within the area. We are not responsible for any dealings with local vendors, ponywalas, or local guides in Gulmarg.
- Shikara Ride: The Shikara ride included in the package is for 1 hour. If you wish to extend the ride or make any other modifications, additional charges may apply. ∙ Day-wise Sightseeing: Clients are advised to follow the itinerary strictly. On the last day, the ride will be considered as a drop only. If any sightseeing is done on the last day, it will be charged separately.
- Car Disposal: If the car is on disposal, it will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:30PM with one sightseeing stop.
- In case of an overnight stay in Gulmarg, the car will drop the client at the hotel.
- For a day trip, the car will drop the client at the parking area.

- We reserve the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, in order to provide you with the best possible experience.
- Although the infrastructure in Ladakh may not be the most advanced, we assure you that the landscape and natural beauty more than make up for it. ∙ Additional Costs: Any additional costs due to flight cancellations, roadblocks, fare hikes, strikes, natural calamities, or emergency evacuations will be the responsibility of the traveler.

- 6 days or more prior to arrival: 15% of the total bill will be charged.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total bill will be charged.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total bill will be charged.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total bill will be charged.

- Hotel-Specific Cancellation Policy: Cancellation rules for certain hotels May differ from the standard package policy. In such cases, the hotel’s individual cancellation policy will apply, and will override the standard package cancellation policy, whichever is higher.
